Job summary

JLL is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Bolingbrook, IL to lead a multi-site maintenance team and ensure reliable facility operations. You will coordinate safety, schedule work orders, and manage preventive maintenance programs across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems and electronic controls.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS to ensure safety standards are met.
• Meet KPIs including labor tracking and ticket scheduling.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and manage daily/site tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage budget tracking.
