Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics in a fast-paced, safety‑minded facility in Bolingbrook, IL. You will oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate with robotics and controls technicians to keep facilities reliable and compliant.

You’ll train staff, manage budgets and vendor relationships, track KPIs, and handle on‑call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onsite Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to ensure all safety standards are being met.
• Meeting operational KPIs, including labor tracking.
• Ownership of scheduling and tracking completion of tickets.
• Oversight of building cleanliness.
• Ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
• Performing daily and weekly audits for cleanliness and work orders.
• Implementing preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintaining a client-centric relationship with operational stakeholders.
• Participating in the development and tracking of budgets.
• Assistance in project planning and cost analysis.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
