Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Manager of Plant Engineering at our American Falls facility. You will lead the plant's technical organization, drive capital projects, and manage maintenance strategies to achieve safety, reliability, and efficiency goals.

You will partner with Production and Maintenance leaders to deliver capital budgets, cost controls, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with LOC principles and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading capital projects, equipment reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, maintenance practices, reliability principles, and industrial safety standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other engineering-related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant technical organization and manage budgets and capital plans.
• Develop and lead plant engineering and maintenance strategies to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Environmental, Operations, Maintenance and Finance functions.
• Drive project teams to improve safety, asset utilization, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide direction for EM Pillar and ensure effective communication across departments.
