Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader I to oversee maintenance across our manufacturing, warehouse and transportation assets. You will lead daily maintenance activities, ensure safety, reliability and efficiency, and coordinate with technicians and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

• AAS degree or equivalent with maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-skilled technicians in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing, warehouse, and transportation assets.
• Lead daily maintenance and repairs activities.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and contractors in design/construction of new facilities and establish standards.
• Stay current on technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, schedule and lead assigned Partners; foster training and team development.
