Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of 3-phase AC voltage and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with bearings, sprockets, belts and sheaves.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Read site drawings and symbols to repair doors, walls, flooring and other building components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits (120/277 VAC) and adhere to safety practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Support a world-class maintenance organization with attention to detail and quality.
