H-E-B is seeking an Automated Systems Industrial Maintenance Partner to maintain and service facilities and systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will support a world-class maintenance organization using the latest technology, processes, and procedures.

The role covers maintenance and troubleshooting across buildings, mechanical, hydraulics & pneumatics, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical systems, and related equipment. 4+ years of maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, or related trades.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems at facilities.
• Repair and replace building systems such as gates, dock doors, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on major facility systems and equipment.
• Assist higher-level technicians and train junior staff as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed during maintenance tasks.
