Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional direction aligning with strategy and future vision.
• Deliver training, coaching, and development for Partners and Leaders.
• Monitor KPIs and align with long-term operational goals.
• Define staffing criteria and authorize staffing requisitions.
• Execute change management and cross-functional communications plans.
• Develop forecasting models to meet customer service requirements.
• Maintain facility safety and HACCP compliance.
• Prepare related reports and audit current procedures.
