Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, welding, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, or construction trades.
• Working knowledge of 3-phase AC voltage sources, amp meters and multimeters, and Ohm's law.
• Organizational, time-management, and strong communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to work across buildings and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains/builds repairs on office and facility components, per site drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoots and repairs basic electrical circuits for lighting and equipment.
• Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures and various building materials.
• Performs PM on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and reads hydraulic schematics.
• Ensures safety and proper operation of fire, electrical, and mechanical systems.
