Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across properties. You will oversee daily tasks, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage vendors, inventory, and on‑call responses. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage vendors, inventory, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise daily maintenance tasks and prepare vacant units.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds staff.
• Train staff and ensure OSHA safety compliance and company policies.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor work for service, custodial, and grounds teams.
• Be on-call and respond to 24-hour maintenance requests.
