Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Mesa, AZ properties. You will oversee daily maintenance, ensure unit readiness, and coordinate preventive maintenance.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage vendors and safety standards. AMC offers full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel in conjunction with the manager.
• Assist in the training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Handle all lock-outs and provide 24-hour response to service requests.
