Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Prior leadership experience guiding mechanics/maintenance crews.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day mechanical work activities for crews or contractors.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to meet priorities.
• Inspect equipment, systems and completed work for quality, safety and standards compliance.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues on equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical documents to guide work.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Track work progress, materials, labor, and job status; provide updates to leadership.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain productivity and workmanship standards.
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and planning for preventive and corrective maintenance.
