Qualifications

• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor others to higher levels of responsibility.
• Problem-solving skills for technical and mechanical issues in an industrial setting.
• HVAC, boilers experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, maintenance repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Coordinate 3rd shift maintenance activities and ensure completion of all required work.
• Ensure communication between departments and maintenance shifts regarding scheduling and projects.
• Develop and train maintenance staff; drive improvements in equipment and performance.
• Support the Johnsonville Way and create an environment of teamwork and problem-solving.
