Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin (53786). You will lead a team responsible for production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as electrical controls, and partner with engineers to upgrade machinery. 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Pay range is $38.16–$45.63/hr plus a $1.50 shift premium. Candidates should have at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong problem‑solving and

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor others to higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong problem solving for technical and mechanical issues.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, PLCs a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance team on 2nd shift.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs.
• Support upgrades with engineers and production staff.
• Ensure inter-department communication on schedules and projects.
• Develop and train team members to meet needs and goals.
