Job summary

Johnsonville Riverside facility seeks an experienced maintenance professional to keep plant equipment and refrigeration systems running efficiently. You will lead preventative and predictive maintenance, perform repairs, and mentor team members across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and exposure to HVAC, boilers, PLCs, and refrigeration.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and steam generation (boilers) is a plus.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems (PLC knowledge is a plus).
• Some refrigeration background (ammonia) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Coordinate 3rd shift maintenance activities and ensure completion of all work.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team members; improve cross‑department communication.
• Support the development of a world‑class maintenance department and cost controls.
