Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Industrial Mechanic Maintenance experience (electrical experience a plus)
• Experience in Food or Packaging GMP environment

Job Details:

• Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
• Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift, OT as needed
• Type: Permanent, direct hire

Essential Functions:

1. Promote safety, quality, and productivity in a food manufacturing environment
2. Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
3. Identify and resolve issues with components and systems
4. Operate, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging machinery, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
5. Read and interpret electrical schematics
6. Work safely with low and high voltage circuits; diagnose motor and control problems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• At least 5 years of related industrial mechanic/electrical experience
• Experience with food processing and packaging equipment preferred
