DP World North America is a growing global contract logistics provider with operations in over 40 countries at 95 separate sites within Automotive and Technology divisions. We operate highly complex and technical 4-walled warehouses for our global clients.

Quality Supervisor will ensure that the services provided by DP World meet the highest standards of quality. This is a completely remote role and would require travel to DPW sites across North America.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Administer all reports and documentation related to assigned processes, e.g., PFMEAs, PPAP, operator instructions, and Control Plans. Generate, interpret, and analyze management tools, graphs, reports, etc., and communicate findings to team members as required.
• Assist in designing and developing irreversible corrective actions for known problems.
• Coordinate the implementation of build changes, NCOs, etc., with production personnel.
• Maintain a professional level of service to all internal and external customers and staff.
• Develop recommendations on cost-benefit initiatives, document enhancements, provide plans, and oversee implementation to achieve results.
• Provide technical advice within the organization, investigate problems, and deliver solutions. Plan and execute special assignments/projects as required.
• Champion ISO efforts to obtain and maintain certification.
• Manage quality personnel, including auditors, by assigning work, training/coaching, and monitoring performance. Interact with staff within the location, company, and with customer representatives.
• Lead Management Review Meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• College degree with a technical focus preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in an automotive or logistics environment in a quality role preferred.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and oral, to engage with a wide range of internal and external customers.
