Job summary

PRAXM is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our multifamily communities. You will supervise and train staff, coordinate with construction regarding repairs, and manage make-ready tasks. The role requires strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills and adherence to safety and fair housing guidelines.

Budget oversight, vendor management, and on-call scheduling are essential. Expect a dynamic environment with weekends/holidays as needed in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Must troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliances.
• Coordinate with construction for warranties and repairs.
• Must hold EPA/ CPO / CAMT certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team, schedule staff, train personnel, and recruit with Property Manager.
• Manage make-ready process and communicate with vendors to complete repairs.
• Monitor maintenance budget and contribute to annual budget planning.
• Identify safety hazards and enforce safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas and proper inventory of supplies.
