Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor for Mammoth at Orchard and Osage Creek. You will be responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool systems, with on-site troubleshooting and training for staff.

The role requires 3–8 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver's license, and prior multifamily experience.

Qualifications

• Three to Eight years of maintenance experience.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and EPA certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Experienced and knowledgeable about maintenance at the property.
• Conduct maintenance training for others at the property.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Perform minor carpentry duties.
• Preventive maintenance: winterizing facilities, inspecting HVAC, pool equipment, and ensuring lights/HVAC off in vacant units daily.
• Train other maintenance staff and inspect their work.
• Interview maintenance applicants with Community Manager.
• Record maintenance requests and manage parts inventory.
