Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility and maintenance operations at Hickory Lake in the southeastern United States. You will manage all aspects of equipment, train team members, and perform on-site repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

The role requires 3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Must be knowledgeable about maintenance assigned to a given property.
• Conduct maintenance training for others at the property.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, and plumbing.
