Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our King William, VA plant to lead a team on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will manage daily maintenance projects, preventive maintenance, and repair work while driving continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and cost control within a large manufacturing operation. The position requires 1+ years of people leadership and 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, technical, military or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and maintenance of equipment in the most efficient manner.
• Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments.
• Ensure that all maintenance staff are trained in safety procedures and Total Quality Maintenance.
• Provide guidance, scheduling, evaluation and development for team members.
• Confer with Maintenance Manager on quality assurance standards.
• Recommend strategies for efficient operation of the maintenance department, including projects and budget modifications.
