Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its King William, VA plant. The role involves night shifts (7pm–7am) on a rotating weekly schedule, maintaining and improving industrial equipment and packaging lines.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold Nestlé’s safety and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year maintenance experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a 2-year technical degree.
• Willingness to work night shift 7pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to improve functionality and safety of equipment.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards; maintain 0 defect and 0 waste mentality.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
