Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and oversee facilities and utilities equipment.
• Coordinate and assign work schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coach and develop technicians; manage TPM and safety initiatives.
• Assist with on-site contractors and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Reduce downtime by promoting equipment reliability and maintenance best practices.
• Ensure maintenance staff are trained in safety procedures.
