Nestlé Maintenance is seeking an overnight shift Maintenance Supervisor in Eden, NC to lead a skilled team responsible for boilers, chillers, water systems, and related equipment. You will plan, schedule, and coach technicians to maximize uptime, safety, and TPM initiatives while controlling costs.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance and 1+ year of people leadership; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance technicians and oversee facilities and utilities equipment.
• Coordinate and assign work schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coach and develop technicians; manage TPM and safety initiatives.
• Assist with on-site contractors and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Reduce downtime by promoting equipment reliability and maintenance best practices.
• Ensure maintenance staff are trained in safety procedures.
