Job summary

Abbey Residential Services, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Abbey at Copper Creek. This full‑time, hourly position emphasizes maintaining the property’s physical integrity and delivering a safe, secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience; HVAC certification and CPO preferred. Weekend work is required.

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
• Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

Candidate Requirements

• HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects
• require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience
• must have HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred
