Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
• Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the property and implement procedures to prevent issues, protect investment, and enhance resident satisfaction.
