Job summary

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Abbey at Champions in Houston, TX. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents and staff.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience; HVAC certification and CPO preferred. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive benefits and a bonus program.

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor

Job responsibilities include :

• Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
• Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience, and must have HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred and weekend work is required.
