Abbey Residential Services, Inc in Houston is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Abbey at Champions property. You will manage maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure apartment buildings remain safe and well-maintained.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in multifamily maintenance; HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred. You should be high-energy, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple projects while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Must be high energy, positive, team-oriented, and detail focused.

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
• Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience, and must have HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred and weekend work is required.
