Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site property maintenance and resident service requests. The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, painting, and related trades, with leadership responsibilities to guide a maintenance team.

You will manage preventive maintenance for pools, lighting, and building systems, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with vendors. Valid driver’s license and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities or desire to lead a team.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff as appropriate.
