Maintenance Supervisor
Overview
Dynamic part‑time role with training, growth, and status in a leading facilities services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct and schedule preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, landscaping, and parking areas.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and vendor services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and support two maintenance technicians.
- Provide hands‑on training in technical skills, safety, and equipment use.
- Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement.
- Monitor work quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Track and document training activities.
- Foster collaborative and accountable team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
- 3–5 years of commercial property maintenance experience, 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Proven training, coaching, mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful background and drug test.

Work Hours
Part‑time, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
Location
Affton, MO (multiple locations available).
Pay Range
$36.00 /hr – $40.00 /hr
