Responsibilities include planning work, generating CMMS work orders, and ensuring policy compliance while mentoring technicians and coordinating with management teams to optimize production uptime.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Prior Supervisory Skills.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create work orders using CMMS.
• Evaluate work performance and enforce company policies.
• Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
• Communicate maintenance-related activities and equipment statuses to the manager teams.
• Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and schedule outside service.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS Management Team.
