Job summary

RS Technologies Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager, Maintenance to lead maintenance, controls, and reliability for manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will oversee maintenance personnel and controls engineers, directing troubleshooting, preventive and predictive programs, and long-term asset reliability. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Materials, and Quality to drive safe, efficient plant performance, capital projects, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, controls, automation, PLC logic, HMIs, drives and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, technical personnel, or control-related functions preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, capital projects, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department and supervise maintenance personnel and controls engineers.
• Provide technical direction for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, controls, automation and PLC-related issues.
• Lead capital projects involving new equipment, upgrades, and facility enhancements.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and spare parts planning.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Materials and Quality to improve uptime and efficiency.
