Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations in a Houston-based setting. You will manage a team, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate CMMS-driven work orders across TAS equipment and shop facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and performance evaluation, with opportunities to oversee external service providers. English fluency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred in a related field.
• Five years of related manufacturing experience required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create work orders using CMMS.
• Evaluate work performance and enforce company policies.
• Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
• Communicate maintenance-related activities and equipment statuses to the manager teams.
• Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and schedule outside service.
• Other duties as assigned by TAS Management Team.
