Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical & Electrical) for its Litchfield, IL site. You will support plant operations with corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include creating and closing CMMS work orders and maintaining detailed equipment records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS and document labor and parts accurately.
• Provide maintenance support for capital projects and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain the plant shop and maintenance tools in good condition and organize workspace.
• Lead and perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed.
• Utilize predictive maintenance tools to identify issues and develop preventive maintenance plans; train others.
