Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize labor utilization and asset availability.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Lead structured root cause investigations for downtime, safety and quality events.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Continuous Improvement teams to improve asset performance.
