Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems; technical certifications or mechatronics training are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations across manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and plant leadership to identify process improvements and equipment optimization.
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using PLCs, controls, mechanical and electrical knowledge.
