Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, perform unit turns and work orders, and coordinate with leasing staff to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent
- 6+ months supervisor experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair
- Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines, accident prevention, PPE
- Must have basic computer skills and English data entry
- Prior experience with Yardi or similar system
- CAMT and CPO certifications preferred
- Must supply own tools
Responsibilities
- Oversees and leads maintenance team members.
- Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
- Partners with leasing staff and managers for seamless communication.
- Conducts monthly safety meetings and manages OSHA/SDS safety reporting.
