Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across our communities. You will perform unit turns, complete work orders, and collaborate with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate must have 3+ years in property management, hold CAMT and CPO certifications, and be proficient with Yardi and work-order tracking. A valid driver’s license and ability to supply own tools are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of property management or equivalent experience.
6+ months supervisor experience with strong leadership.
Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair.
Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and PPE.
Basic computer skills; input data in English into software.
Experience with Yardi or similar work order tracking system.
CAMT and CPO certifications.
Must supply own tools.
Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversees and leads maintenance team members.
Performs maintenance tasks including unit turns and work orders.
Collaborates with leasing staff and managers for communication and organization.
Conducts monthly safety meetings and OSHA/SDS reporting.
Schedules preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep.
Manages vendors (landscaping, pest control) and budget-conscious purchases.
Emergency on-call as part of the role.
Aims to exceed resident expectations and foster positive team culture.
