Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Hartley at Sweetwater Creek. You’ll lead daily maintenance operations, ensure safety and compliance, and mentor the maintenance team to uphold high standards of care for the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating service requests, performing repairs, and managing costs within budget while providing excellent resident experiences and on-time responses to issues.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• HVAC or EPA Certification required.
• Current CPO is preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.
• Review service requests and prioritize work orders.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy and standards.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Manage safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Mentor and lead the maintenance team; participate in on-call rotation.
• Monitor budget and control maintenance costs within approved limits.
• Conduct weekly property inspections with leadership to identify issues.
