Avenue5 Residential's Hartley at Sweetwater Creek in Duluth, GA is seeking a talented maintenance supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include directing the maintenance team, handling service requests, completing make-ready tasks, performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and maintaining safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC or EPA Certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee service requests, unit make-ready standards, and track progress.
• Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and more.
• Manage safety, risk management, and on-call emergency responses.
• Maintain grounds, safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Mentor maintenance team and monitor budget adherence.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to identify challenges.
