Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Dallas property. You’ll ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations while managing a maintenance team and coordinating with property leadership.

The role requires high school diploma, 3+ years in property maintenance or related field, and strong carpentry/electrical/HVAC skills. Expect on-site work, on-call rotation, and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience, including general upkeep and repairs.
• Leadership experience supervising a maintenance team or crew.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Manage maintenance requests and prioritize unit turns and make-readies.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Lead safety initiatives and risk management.
• Monitor budget compliance and on-call rotation.
