The Maintenance Supervisor - Press is responsible for addressing throughput, run to run, and downtime issues with equipment in a production environment. Coordinate activities according to lean manufacturing standards, particularly autonomous and professional maintenance activities, to impact overall equipment effectiveness. This involves planning and executing key maintenance enablers and coordinating all activities using the TMS system.

Job Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Supervising maintenance staff on repair of electrical and/or mechanical stamping equipment
• Troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with DC motors and drives, variable frequency drives
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Troubleshooting press cushion systems
• Employing ladder logic and print reading

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the plant, from hourly employees to senior leadership
• Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• Goal-oriented self-starter with leadership abilities
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop skilled trade employees
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
