Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of semiskilled or skilled building, mechanical, groundskeeping, maintenance, and/or construction work involving the operation of maintenance equipment with experience in a supervisory or lead-worker capacity. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks, and background investigation is required.
