Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all property maintenance activities, including supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and tracking work orders, and performing hands‑on repairs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
