Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience (multifamily or commercial).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or crew management experience.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Assign, track, and close work orders using AppFolio or similar software.
• Track expenses and parts used per work order to ensure budget control.
• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Oversee unit turnovers and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with building, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendor coordination.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and property staff.
