Usms Holdco Llc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a multifamily community in the United States. The role oversees technicians, manages work orders, and ensures safe, high-quality unit turns and property upkeep.

Responsibilities include supervising day and night staff, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with property management and vendors to maintain efficiency and standards. Strong hands-on maintenance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs.
• Ability to manage and train maintenance technicians.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to use mobile applications for inspections, documentation, and reporting

Must be comfortable using a smartphone, laptop or tablet for daily reporting, photo documentation, and communication.

Preferred Certifications

• EPA 608 Certification
• HVAC Certification or License
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
