Job summary

Techo-Bloc seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. You will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and manage a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians across all shifts.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, wiring and electrical testing, and coordinating external vendors during plant shutdowns. Strong PLC/VFD experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience leading teams in electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting and setup of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemens, Lenze, & Allen Bradley.
Experience in concrete, foundries, aggregates, mining, or other heavy industrial manufacturing operations (preferred).
Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation.
Ability to support multiple shifts.
Experienced in heavy industrial mechanical repairs; rigging, welding & fabrication (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Office, CMMS, & ERP systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily maintenance across all shifts.
Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment as needed, including working at heights.
Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
Train multi-craft maintenance technicians to ensure necessary skills.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using meters and oscilloscopes.
Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software for production troubleshooting.
Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
Identify and upgrade electrical components to ensure spare parts availability.
Read wiring diagrams and manage external contractors and service providers on site.
Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in the WO system.
