Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance workforce at the Napoleon, OH facility. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee machine and facility maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience in plastics manufacturing, and the ability to manage priorities, schedules, and safety compliance while collaborating with production staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and build a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and communicates daily maintenance tasks based on priorities; ensures timely completion by Technicians.
• Reviews compliance to planned work orders using maintenance software and reports status to management.
• Maintains accurate maintenance data, including records, purchase orders and spare parts inventory.
