Job summary

Finlays Solutions in Illinois seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliability, safety and performance of all production equipment. You will supervise mechanical repairs, line changeovers, preventive maintenance, and spare parts procurement, while mentoring the maintenance team and coordinating with other departments.

Proficiency with CMMS (Ultimo preferred), electrical/mechanical knowledge, and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical trade school preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing; beverage experience a plus.
• Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Experience with pumps, piping, instrumentation, welding, hoists, cranes, and measurement devices a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics; basic math and calculator use.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and GMPs within Maintenance & Facilities.
• Direct line changeovers, mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance tasks and CMMS work orders.
• Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance team; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain parts inventory, procurement, and documentation accuracy.
