Ceridian HCM seeks a Maintenance Supervisor at our Fayetteville, TN plant to lead a skilled maintenance team with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will coordinate training, manage your staff’s development, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

You will oversee maintenance planning, CMMS administration, and budget management, partnering with HR, EHS, and operations to drive continuous improvement and uptime.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Experience supervising a unionized or represented workforce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and reliability practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance team to enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, safety, and policy education.
• Maintain training and development records; set improvement plans.
• Oversee safety compliance and investigations with HR/EHS.
• Manage maintenance priorities, PM/PdM plans, and shift coverage.
• Administer CMMS and ensure accuracy of work orders and equipment histories.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and service contracts.
