Job summary

Leoforce in Lenoir City, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance and plant engineering activities, reporting to the Operations Manager. This mid-level role requires hands-on oversight of production equipment and a drive to improve reliability.

You will lead a maintenance team, establish PM schedules, coordinate sanitation and safety programs, and partner with QA/QC, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical college certificate or diploma strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong health and safety knowledge, particularly LOTO, and the ability to reinforce safe work practices.
• Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience preferred; coffee roasting and grinding experience especially valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and plant engineering activities; report to the Operations Manager.
• Lead maintenance staff; troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
• Support mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated packaging, and electrical maintenance needs.
• Establish PM schedules and maintenance records; support future CMMS development.
• Manage staffing, overtime, attendance, technical training, and safety training.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate job requirements with engineering and contractors.
• Coordinate sanitation scheduling and oversight, along with facility and grounds upkeep.
• Support SQF, HACCP, GMP, QA/QC, sanitation and hygiene requirements.
