Job summary

3A Composites is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily maintenance activities on the production floor in Statesville, NC. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and timely delivery, with PM optimization and strong CMMS usage.

You will lead maintenance planning, spare parts management, and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve OEE. Onsite with potential off-hours support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary and experience with CMMS use and administration.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and OEM manuals.
• Familiar with predictive technologies and reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for safety and reliability on the production floor.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance using the CMMS.
• Lead root cause analysis for chronic failures using tools such as 5 Why and fishbone.
• Maintain PM frequencies, job plans, and asset hierarchies; ensure PM documentation is up-to-date.
• Monitor OEE, backlog health, and maintenance costs; report KPIs to leadership.
